- Full-Motion Video (FMV) Sensor Operator/Air Force Research Laboratory.- Logged over 1,500 hours as an FMV sensor operator for a special program in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, while deployed to the Afghanistan theater of operations.- Wide-Area Motion Imagery and Full-Motion Video analyst.- Developed standard operating procedures, and provided in house On the Job Training to new sensor operators.

- Developed and implemented GMTI Forensics (GMTI-F) training program for NASIC.- Oversaw the certification process of new and existing GMTI analysts in compliance with command-directed certification programs, including maintaining training records and training materials, and administering practical exams.- Acted as Subject Matter Expert (SME) and advised NASIC and Air Force Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Agency (AFISRA) in analysis procedures and techniques. - Performed detailed GMTI analysis on an as-needed basis.- Trained analysts outside of the DMS NASIC Integrated Production Cell to perform GMTI-F analysis, including 178th OHANG, NGIC, AF DCGS, and NGA Analysts.- Acted as Training SME at quarterly GMTI Community of Practice meetings; served as one of two leads for the GMTI Training Working Group.- Performed other training and familiarization of GMTI tools and training development to outside organizations including NGIC, Robins AFB and 178th OHANG.- Provided familiarization of the NASIC GMTI-F analysis and integration process to DGS NASIC Integrated Production Cell members who are non-GMTI analysts.

- On-site project manager for AFRL prototype Layered Sensing Testbed (LST), Guardian Eagle, Angel Fire, and Situational Awareness and Fusion Engine (SAFE) projects. Activities included:- Performed basic research into the design and performance of precision sensor data fusion methods for real time acquisition, registration and exploitation of various types of sensor data.- Provided guidance for development of geospatial integration services to enhance the exploitation of real-time sensor data feeds with geospatially-precise reference imagery and vector-based GIS data products. Assisted in the calibration of the new persistent staring sensor package so that real-time imagery could be overlaid directly onto reference information.

- Lead GMTI Analyst/NASIC DCGS Analysis and Reporting Team (DART).Developed GMTI-based assessments for integration into multi-source intelligence products, which supported intelligence planning and war-fighting operations.- Established DART GMTIF analysis and product development standards.Produced training documents and materials, and trained new DART GMTIF analysts.- Recognized as an Intelligence Community expert; presented a quarterly seminar on GMTI Forensic Analysis at the Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT).

- Acted as the Tec^Edge civil search and rescue (SAR)/emergency response subject matter expert.- Lead numerous projects including SAR camera development. Also led tech-transfer initiatives with NGA/NASIC to transition Tec^Edge developed technology into the intelligence analysis environment.- Co-authored a white paper on Command and Control concept for the Layered Sensing Test-Bed (LST) and facilitated new partnerships with potential stakeholders in the civil SAR/emergency response community.
