Member of Tools Team in the PA Tools and Automation Group.Responsible for development and maintenace of tools used by PA engineers to perform quality assurance for gaming products. The tools team maintains over 100 applications, develops new tools as needed, and consumes products developed by other teams but are not currently being maintained. Support is provided to over 180 customers spanning Reno, NV, Las Vegas, NV, and Beijing, China.Developed multiple applications and services used for automated testing of gaming systems.Became familiar with technologies such as VMWare PowerCLI, Adobe Flash, ASN.1 DER standard formatting, F#, Microsoft Entity Framework.Developed an understanding of cryptographic technologies such as DSA and ECDSA algorithms and HSM interaction using the PKCS11 standard.

Member of the remote configuration and download development team since its creation . This system allowed for the configuration and downloading of games to slot machines without requiring physically interaction. Primary developer of the user interface, and played a key role in the development and design of almost all feature implementations. Later transitioned to lead user interface designer for all new products created by my team, while maintaining current development responsibilities.Developed majority of user interface components for second generation interface. Developed applications responsible for monitoring video devices and associated recording systems. This included solutions for systems that resided behind closed networks as well as accommodating legacy monitoring systems to provide real time status for approximately 25 customers and over 1000 individual devices. In addition to the monitoring systems, a client web based application that was developed for use by support staff allowing for fast reaction time.Configured hardware and software prior to customer installation including determining hardware requirements, installation of operating systems and all required systems such as IIS and SQL Server.
