I've worked with several companies. One thing I consistently excelled at was exceeding quota. When I worked as a manager at Beltway Blinds I led a team of 5 other reps. Over the course of 4 months we increased lead generation by over 130%. This was the direct result of great training, 1-on-1 coaching, always having a plan ready, and a great sales methodology.I had decided to take my sales knowledge to the next level and ended up coming across preHired.
