New product development including listing and structuring of a non-CIS ETF, Prefex (The first Preference Share ETF to market) and 2 new equity ETF’s (awaiting regulatory approval) these ETFs will track the S&P Dow Jones South Africa Dividend Aristocrat and Low Volatility Indices (Set to be the first Low Volatility ETF in the market) 2. Reassigning service providers within a recently acquired ETF Management Company to create internal company synergies and achieve better economies of scale as well as the due diligence surrounding the acquisition.3. The conversion of existing Prefex ETF into the CIS format, now Preftrax.4. Front office role of sales and market communication. 5. Managing and overseeing market making as well as primary market listing/delisting.6. Operations of Management Company.Fund Management, manage the Preftrax ETF and co-manage the Grindrod Diversified Preference Share Fund.
