I have been working in the mining industry on the process side for five+ years. I have worked in the roles of operator, supervisor and now superintendent. I manage 40+ people at a time and have the responsibility of ensuring the plant is safe and successful. I take a very serious approach to safety and consider it a personal responsibility to make sure everyone working under me makes it home safely every day. I take a lot of pride in my work and do my best daily to do my job to the fullest of my ability. I am a high energy performer that strives to do the right thing at all times.
