I am an enterprising arts leader with a history of helping Non-profit and Educational Institutions grow while maintaining high-quality programming. With over a decade of experience in Theater and Education, I have created multiple award-winning productions and dynamic community projects. I have developed education programs that have impacted tens of thousands of students in Georgia, Florida, Maryland, Virginia, and Washington D.C. With a background in teaching special needs students and a passion for EDIA work, it is important to me that projects are inclusive, accessible, and diverse. I have a track record of efficiently managing multiple projects, maintaining a strict budget, serving as a project lead, and training new employees. I also excel at training and leading diverse teams. I am passionate about History and Science, with many of my projects revolving around historical figures or wrestling with key scientific themes. I also pride myself in my ability to assess, develop, and grow teams comprised of both paid and volunteer personnel. I believe it is my responsibility to create projects that resonate with my community while advocating for an inclusive environment and inviting engagement. Ultimately, my passion and life’s work is to empower people to unlock their full potential, using education as an emotional and empathetic catalyst.
