Employed as the infrastructure planner for a 3* deployable headquarters. Responsible for a team of highly skilled and deployable tradesmen. I travelled around the world planning, installing and maintaining networks with global reach back for high-ranking military officers in demanding environments, under huge pressure.

Employed as the Communications Infrastructure Planner for British Forces South Atlantic Island and Ascension Islands. I was responsible for planning the communications infrastructure for multi-million pound projects

Employed as a Trade Training Instructor in Cable Systems Section. I deliver training for both initial training to Phase 2 soldiers and upgrade training Phase 3 soldiers. I instruct Underground Cabling, Permanent Line Overhead, Telephony, Structured Cabling, Line Testing and Optical Fibre cabling covering from theory behind the subject, installation, testing and commissioning. I am also a City and Guild's assessor, instructing lessons that result in a City and Guild qualification.

Employed as the manager of the activity pipeline, for in excess of 800 trainees. I was required to ensure all training was forecast and maintaing their progress from arrival, throughout their time in the Regiment and through to their departure . As the Pipeline manager I was also required to improve the efficiency of how Phase two trainees obtain their training objectives, subsequently reducing their time within the training environment and being assigned to their field units This required an incredible amount of liaison with all ranks from Officers within Regimental Headquarters to peers within the Troops, as well as a wide spectrum of civil servants and trade instructors.
