Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance Technician
-Assigned in the day to day daily work area checksheet(DWAC) of plating tool.-Assigned in sustainability, troubleshooting, improvement, repair, 5’s activity and preventive maintenance of automated plating tool (PAL Process Automation Limited)-Perform preventive maintenance of automated Rack strip tool.-Performed and repair filter pump motor,circulation pump motor and agitation motor.-Ensure the stability of all electrical motor and servo motor running in plating and rackstrip tool.-Conduct monthly check of solenoid valve,light beam sensor,proximity sensor and its output to plc.-Conduct quarterly check and repair of power supply and contactor of electrical panel.-Responsible in daily check of circulation and filter flowrate and agitation flowrate of plating tool and rackstrip tool.-Monitor the temperature of all rectifiers needed in the process of electroplating.-Assigned in chemical handling such as Copper sulfate, Tin sulfate, Enlight 463, Ronastan A, Sulfuric acid, H2O2, CT 608, TL 605
