-Assigned in the day to day daily work area checksheet(DWAC) of plating tool.-Assigned in sustainability, troubleshooting, improvement, repair, 5’s activity and preventive maintenance of automated plating tool (PAL Process Automation Limited)-Perform preventive maintenance of automated Rack strip tool.-Performed and repair filter pump motor,circulation pump motor and agitation motor.-Ensure the stability of all electrical motor and servo motor running in plating and rackstrip tool.-Conduct monthly check of solenoid valve,light beam sensor,proximity sensor and its output to plc.-Conduct quarterly check and repair of power supply and contactor of electrical panel.-Responsible in daily check of circulation and filter flowrate and agitation flowrate of plating tool and rackstrip tool.-Monitor the temperature of all rectifiers needed in the process of electroplating.-Assigned in chemical handling such as Copper sulfate, Tin sulfate, Enlight 463, Ronastan A, Sulfuric acid, H2O2, CT 608, TL 605

-Responsible in yearly, quarterly, monthly and weekly preventive/predective maintenance of coating machine (SVG and TEL Machine)-Ensure the stability of coating machine to produce the right thickness of coating.-Assigned in the daily checksheet of oil pump and reservoir of developer chemical.-Assist the staff engineer in set up of new model and new machine.

-Responsible in support to production which includes analysis, repair, trouble-shooting and maintenance of robotic machine and dip soldering machine.-Assigned in fabrication, debugging and troubleshooting of jigs, POKAYOKE systems and robot machines.-Provides technical support to production line improvement (Kaizen) activities.-Assign in troubleshooting of electro pneumatics jigs and machine.
