I started working when I was 14 and in the time since I started my employment path I attended and graduated from Hunterdon Central Regional High School and pursued a business curriculum at Raritan Valley Community College and received an A.S. in Accounting. From there I transferred to Stockton University for Accounting. Once I was there I took up learning about Psychology on the side in my own time, this inspired me to change my major as to getting a better understanding of Human Capital and the behavior of individuals in the workplace. I received a B.A. in Psychology and continued to take courses to qualify for an M.B.A. program. This involved taking all the highest level B.A. classes for a business degree and testing out of some courses. I was accepted into an M.B.A. program shortly after finishing my extra class work.When I pursued my M.B.A. I took a Service Learning course that focused on Marketing Communication and the use of Social Media. In this course all the M.B.A. Candidates were sent to find a charity and develop an Integrated Marketing Communications Plan with the goal to achieve set objectives laid out in the report. The 28 page single spaced report is available in the Work Experience section of my LinkedIn Profile and was submitted to Stockton University in December of 2017. As an expansion on my Service Learning experience I took a Grant Writing class and wrote a Grant Proposal for the same organization. This approximate 20 page Proposal is also available in my Work Experience section. Additionally, I took an E-Learning course and used my combined knowledge of business and psychology to develop a 20 minute Consumer Psychology Marketing E-Learning Module.
