I lead a team of account managers who support schools, districts, and universities in the complex processes surrounding teaching and learning. Through fostering relationships of trust, our team seeks to improve the connection between the intended goals of instructional design and student learning. My role demands a deep connection and empathy with both internal and external stakeholders, requiring me to understand the needs of my team as much as the needs of my clients. I've found that by finding common values and building a shared narrative of how we work towards our goals, we can align ourselves towards the same destination and equally share in a celebration of our successes.I am driven by a creative impulse and a desire to constantly enhance my understanding of the world around me. My background is in Social Science, and I have previous experience in the study of intellectual history. This has given me a deep appreciation for how we create and find meaning in the stories we tell, and the importance of challenging these stories to ensure they are inclusive and focused on creating a better tomorrow.
