I am a senior aircraft maintenance manager with 20 years experience within military aviation. My current assignment is F-35B Maintenance Manager, Marine Corps Operational Test and Evaluation Squadron, which requires coordination and collaboration with government and defense contractors to implement aircraft modifications and upgrades to facilitate flight testing. Since 2017, I have led multi-function teams of aircraft technicians to maintain the material condition of up to 20 aircraft which includes forecasting, developing maintenance plans, and coordinating maintenance evolutions to achieve a high state aircraft readiness. Prior experience includes managing aircraft engine overhaul operations, continuous process improvement programs (lean six sigma), quality assurance, maintenance control and safe for flight certification, on aircraft experience as a hydraulic and structures mechanic and technical inspector. My experience also includes deployments aboard US Navy amphibious ships, land based operations in Europe, Central and South Asia, and aboard an United Kingdom aircraft carrier.
