I started out as a business analyst at Fannie Mae in 1999. From there, I regularly accepted new challenges and more responsibility, first becoming a developer supporting the corporate CRM solution, then a lead developer, then a team lead / developer. Eventually, I became the manager of the team providing production support for the application I had developed for several years, then moved over the manage the team of developers still supporting it. While still managing that team, I then took over another development team for a different application, then a third and fourth team in still different areas. From there, I took on managing the teams of developers supporting the enterprise access management systems, acting as both the dev / engineering lead for internal access systems and the production ops lead for all access systems in the Information Security organization.I subsequently became a Senior Director in the Information Security organization at Fannie Mae, overseeing the ICAM space, which supports identity management, credential management, access management and governance for the enterprise and our customers. I am currently a Vice President in the CISO organization at Fannie Mae, leading Identity & Access Management for enterprise, customers and consumers.
