CurrentESTIMATION:-• Pricing Bills of Quantities for new projects and preparing documentations for such projects i.e preparing complete commercial and technical offers for new projects.• Attending pre tender meetings, tender openings, post tender meetings.SUBCONTRACTOR ADMINISTRATION:• Responsible for handling all local and international subcontractors' packages (specialist items) and ensuring competitive offers are submitted.• Carrying out subcontractors' adjudication to determine the most competitive offer with respect to the required standards and quality etc.• Ensuring all subcontractors' queries are communicated to consultants for responses.• Ensuring effective communication with subcontractors to facilitate timely submission of quotations.FINANCIAL /CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION;-• Applications- Prepare the applications for payment, monitor and instigate the receipts for payments.• Variations- Identify, regulate schedule, give notice of variations to the contracted scope of work.• Entitlements and Claims – Identify, give notice of, substantiate convincingly demonstrate, timely submit and pursue the agreement of entitlements and claims,• Performance Bonds, Advance Payment Bonds, Retention, Insurance – Administer terms and conditions of contract, performance specification and programme.FINANCIAL REPORTING;-• From the tender documents to verify, familiarise and establish a base financial plan (Budget) for the project with consideration for the contract requirements.• To develop in detail financial plans (Budget) for each of the project phase being procurement, and installation which are in line with base financial plan subsequent revisions and to communicate these to the appropriate managers.• To collect details of costs and forecast costs from project managers and prepare detailed monthly financial reports against base financial plan, which forecast the effect of all changes.
