Professional Profile:With more than ten (10) years of experience working within the construction industry specifically involved in Building Design and Development.Exposed in different types and kinds of building design (residential - low rise to high rise, single detached to fully attached housing development, luxurious villas and multi-family dwelling; commercial - shopping malls, office buildings, mix-used developments; and, institutional - religious, educational and financial; industrial - factory and warehouse). In addition, preparation and review of tender documents (tender drawings, specification, contract agreement, tender evaluation reports among others) has been an integral part of my working experienced up to present.The trend of continuing professional development and its implementation is a vital consideration to be integrated to every professional.
