• Manage all aspects of federal & state tax including tax accounting, compliance, planning and special projects• Manage the current and deferred income tax provisions in accordance with ASC 740 (formerly FAS 109)• Manage ASC 740-10 (formerly FIN 48) documentation and calculations• Manage ASC 718 (formerly FAS 123R) tax accounting documentation and calculations• Preparation of SEC compliant tax filings for quarterly and annual submissions• Manage and coordinate multiple Internal Revenue Service audit cycles and state & local audits• Review and analyze various tax account roll-forward schedules and reconcile to the general ledger• Confirm deferred tax assets and liabilities by performing balance sheet tests• Review the tax depreciation books (federal, AMT, state, & E&P)• Manage the preparation and filing of tangible property tax returns and sales & use tax returns• Manage the quarterly estimates and extension payments for federal and state income tax• Analyze provision-to-return adjustments and explain significant variances• Direct experience with M&A tax due diligence and transaction planning for tax efficiency• Perform research, analysis, and planning on federal and state tax issues

• Client serving professional in the tax service line • Oversee and manage tax compliance and review engagements• Tax provision review and audit under ASC 740 (formerly FAS 109)• Tax compliance for large partnerships, consolidated corporations, and high-net-worth individuals • Supervise 1-2 staff accountants on a daily basis

• Supervise a staff of 17 resident assistants and 2 office assistants on a daily basis• Assist in community development and administration of all residence life activities, programs, and operations• Manage multiple budgets in excess of $7,000
