Was responsible for training new employees in the processes and standards required by the organization. Acted in the capacity of Post Production Coordinator and managed a team of 1-3 people depending on project size. Acted in the capacity of Lead Audio Technician. Duties included camera operator, video switcher and audio technician. Have set up cameras, speakers and other equipment for both mobile shoots and at an established event facility. Librarian for the DVD library (~600 titles) as well as the Video on Demand (VoD) library (2000+ titles), which included Quality Assurance of the final product. Documented procedures of all Post Production related procedures to standardize the process and conform to the level of quality desired. Inspected all DVD’s and Video’s on Demand for Quality Assurance. Have used troubleshooting skills to keep events running smoothly and address issues arising from the on demand library.

Used Solidworks to re-design plastic components (for enclosures, water filters, optical networking) and water dispensing kiosk. Reviewed designs from clients and made engineering changes as necessary to aid client in making a superior product in either functionality and/or durability. Led quality control initiative, responsible for process inspection and final product inspection, maintained process documentation and communicated with the customer on changes to product standards. Worked with client companies to assess detailed project needs, responsible for communication of functional requirements to technicians. Managed manufacturing team (~10 people) and projects for wiring harness assembly, responsible for allocating employees for manufacturing efficiency. Performed maintenance and troubleshooting for manufacturing and computer equipment. Responsible for inventory management. Kept track of inventory as it arrived at facility and kept track of current consumption and fall out rates.
