I am responsible for managing major shutdown works on Tier 1 assets, ensuring site compliance to Engineering Standards and provide technical support to Newlands coal mining operations. More specifically, I am responsible for maintenance activities, planning and execution of repairs as well as identification and management of asset reliability risks that could adversely affect plant, safety or business objectives.I have successfully project managed over 9 major shutdown works on Marion 8750 and Bucyrus-Erie 1370 Draglines and Liebherr R996 Excavators, where I was responsible for the planning and coordination of internal and external stakeholders to execute project tasks, budget compliance, WHS and quality assurance.
