Chris is a Chartered Engineer with two decades of experience in the delivery of both diagnostic and new build facade projects. He draws on his broad range of experience across multiple aspects of facade design and remediation, including materials selection, testing, structural design, waterproofing, ESD, thermal and acoustic performance. He is also regularly involved in the contract administration aspects of upgrade and remedial projects.Prior to joining Apex, Chris led the Arup facade teams undertaking the design for much of the Barangaroo South development. His recent projects include the T1, T2 and T3 Commercial Towers (RSH+P), Crown Hotel Resort and Casino (Wilkinson Eyre Architects), One Sydney Harbour Residential Towers (Renzo Piano Building Workshop) and R8 and R9 (PTW and FJMT).Chris utilises his degree in Materials Engineering and experience working within the heavy clay industry to develop and facilitate knowledge and shared expertise in construction materials.Chris passionately believes that close collaboration between all stakeholders, underpinned by the provision of timely and acute strategic advice, is the key to delivering the best outcomes for clients and their buildings.
