Responsibilities: • Business Management and Operations• Facility and office asset management, assessing the requirements and arranging for subsequent vendors and support material• Managing the ancillary staff and scheduling work to ensure smooth functioning and upkeep• Outline with vendors and service providers the SLA’s and audit them on regular intervals• Evaluate work force compliance to policies and procedure and ensure security protocols• Travel and movement management for staff, management and rescue operations• Administration and Reporting• Arranging and Chairing regular cross departmental meeting and briefs to appraise the organisational objectives and targets are on track• Generating periodic reports to assist in future action plan• Managed IT and Finance related responsibilities temporarily in the absence of designated staff
