After only two weeks of employment with Inglewood Markets, I introduced a buddy system where two people worked together at all times to ensure all members of each team could work efficiently together. I also organised a course for all new workers on safe and correct manual-handling postures and techniques. These two implementations reduced injuries caused by packing away heavy items and reduced the pack-down time by 30 minutes every week. Show less
