 Analysis of buildings HVAC automation system in association with the support of the construction team’s needs. Control proposal review, submittal review and coordination of engineered contract documents.  Support construction team in scheduling, planning and implementation of controls contractor execution of work.  Provide support as needed for the functional performance testing of all equipment and systems as required on project.  Aid engineering team in the development of standardized sequence of operations.  Assist in troubleshooting control problems and make repairs as required.

 Supervise all engineering activities including submittal preparation, material ordering, shipping, labor plans, job site walks, job folder updates, and re-estimates. Work with sales team to provide technical support and customer resource.  Responsible for engineering department’s development and mentorship. Manage the hiring, training, development, allocation, and performance assessment of team.

Project Management -PM duties include managing all steps required to provide a complete turnkey project-Work with sales team to accurately identify commitments made to our client-Develop project goals and constraints to include scope, time and budget-Work with sales team to qualify local HVAC contractor for project -Manage HVAC contractors to ensure compliance with SOW, scheduling and misc action items-Provide onsite supervision as required to ensure QC and provide commissioning dutiesProduct Support Engineer- Involved in all stages of new product development beginning with the initial conceptual discussions and actively involved until the product is ready for release to manufacturing- Work closely with our Director of Engineering for product development and improvement- First line of communications for design or sequence issue resolutionTraining Facilitator -Develop and improve product installation and service training program-Power Point slide presentation development -Laboratory improvements for product training and performance testing-Train new employees, HVAC installation and service technicians and end users on our productsService and Support-Provide onsite and over the phone product technical support

Work with HVAC System Design Professionals, providing applications expertise in areas of system design, custom equipment selection, and insight into control strategies and commissioning guidelines. Provide insight and service to Mechanical Contractors with responsive assistance to all their HVAC equipment selection and service needs. By utilizing my experience within the HVAC field, I provide an additional resource that the contractor can count on to be part of their team. My ultimate responsibility is to provide satisfaction and value to the end user.
