 Analysis of buildings HVAC automation system in association with the support of the construction team’s needs. Control proposal review, submittal review and coordination of engineered contract documents.  Support construction team in scheduling, planning and implementation of controls contractor execution of work.  Provide support as needed for the functional performance testing of all equipment and systems as required on project.  Aid engineering team in the development of standardized sequence of operations.  Assist in troubleshooting control problems and make repairs as required.

 Supervise all engineering activities including submittal preparation, material ordering, shipping, labor plans, job site walks, job folder updates, and re-estimates. Work with sales team to provide technical support and customer resource.  Responsible for engineering department’s development and mentorship. Manage the hiring, training, development, allocation, and performance assessment of team.

Work with HVAC System Design Professionals, providing applications expertise in areas of system design, custom equipment selection, and insight into control strategies and commissioning guidelines. Provide insight and service to Mechanical Contractors with responsive assistance to all their HVAC equipment selection and service needs. By utilizing my experience within the HVAC field, I provide an additional resource that the contractor can count on to be part of their team. My ultimate responsibility is to provide satisfaction and value to the end user. By working together as a team with my clients, the engineers and contractors, in an effort to identify and resolve their customer’s specific needs, I am helping my clients build better relationships with their customers. Coordinate with contractors and my service department in order to provide factory trained startup services, immediate responses to warranty claims and equipment issues, HVAC system maintenance training and HVAC preventative maintenance support.
