-Monitor complex custody accounts that deal with a variety of Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs) and Asset-Backed Securities (ABS)-Responsible for both daily and monthly reconciliation reports that are sent out to our clients.-Reconcile cash transactions on asset payments held within accounts.-Move assets to my assigned portfolios when said assets are being taken into the portfolio. This can require high amounts of documentation, money movement, and internal database structuring to place the assets in the right location.-Initiate and structure wire transfers, bond sells and buys, loan trades, and repo transactions all in accordance to internal and external relegations.-Monitor Payments and Settlements to make sure they all go through to our clients and notify them when they do. These are done in applications like DTCC, SEI 3000, among many others.

-Work with home retailers and Title Companies to efficiently meet our customer's needs. I work alongside a group of people that communicate with our customers and coordinators within our division. -Analyze documents to approve funding for loans and review finances to disburse the money involved in the loans.-Work within a team to follow a loan through the pre-closing, closing, and post closing process of a loan's lifecycle.-Manage hundreds of files on a daily basis all in order to be as up to date on the loan's status.
