Job Scope: Scoping, BOM, design walks, construction drawing review and field construction supervision• Construction Manager AT&T Turf Project• Coordinate Fiber and Telco Design walks with circuit providers• Conduct Fiber and Telco Design walks with circuit providers to determine scope of work to deliver circuits and determine easement requirements• Prepare scope of work and send out for contractor bids• Conduct site visits to ensure work safety, quality, and efficiency is meeting expectations• Manage site work schedules and any construction issues arising with on site contractors• Prepare and update work flow trackers• Complete Telco Inquiry forms assigned by AT&T• All construction was done according to General Dynamics / ATT safety and quality standards.

Job Scope: Monitor day-to-day operations of 380 site cell tower network in 25,000 sq. mile market.• Provided day to day operational leadership during extensive 2 year system expansion requiring use of organizational skills, project management, scheduling, training, contractor oversight, auditing and inspection ensuring that all monthly, quarterly, on air due dates and other targets were met. • Extensive preventative and remedial maintenance experience with CDMA voice and data, using Lucent equipment.• Experience troubleshooting, testing and repairing cellular equipment using Anritsu (cell master), T-Berd and Tectronix with Spectrum Analyzing.• Responsible for improving network coverage and integrating hardware and facilities.• Responsible for sweep test and calibrating approximately 110 cell sites in the Sprint Network and to maintain detailed records of test results.• Member of the Sprint network build team, installing approximately 60 new network base stations and transmitting facilities into Central New York• I work independently in remote and isolated locations, while multitasking and maintaining detailed daily logs• Experience includes in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and Internet Explorer.
