Chris is a graduate of the National Personal Training Institute (NPTI) Philadelphia in 2004 and is certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Chris is also continuing his education as a full time online student with California University of Pennsylvania (CAL U) studying Sports Management/Wellness and Fitness. Chris was a competitive age group triathlete and competed in many triathlons, including finishing Iron Man Lake Placid in 2005. Chris started his performance training career in 2004 working for a premier athletes training facility located in Newtown, PA called Fit Life. Soon Chris was given the chance to be the director of athletic development for Fit Life at the Big Leagues Baseball Academy In Newtown, PA training baseball players at all levels from high school, college and the minor leagues. He also trained the varsity volleyball team and varsity basketball team at Council Rock North and South, as well as other individual athletes from the schools various sports programs. Chris was the performance coach for True North Lacrosse and the Ben Luber Basketball Academy. Chris also trained the Hatboro-Horsham High School athletic program. Above it all, hockey is Chris's true passion. He was an assistant coach for 2013-14 Truman Tigers Varsity team, and has coached at every youth hockey level. Chris is the trainer for the Grundy Senators hockey program for the 2016-17 season. He is fortunate enough to work alongside some of the best coaches and players in youth hockey and loves everyday that he is on the ice or in the gym with the players. It truly is a great experience.
