Vocational minister working to develop twentysomething spiritual leaders by mentoring emerging adult men, resourcing local churches and other ministries, and conducting research for the sake of the city, the church, and the world.

* The Board of Directors works in cooperation with the head of the school in providing oversight, direction, and accountability for the larger mission-driven issues facing the school.* Serve as member of the Discipleship Committee.

We mentor Twentysomething leaders and seek to connect young men and women to Christ, His Church, and His mission because we have a strong desire for them to thrive in Indianapolis and not just survive. * Facilitated regular Great Lakes Regional Leadership Team meetings which included setting and managing the agenda and handling all follow up matters. * Catalyzing the development of team mission, vision, and values (GL Vision 2020).* Interfaced with National Directors on Leadership Team.* Ensured the Leadership Team moved toward the realization of mission-critical objectives. * In addition, I worked on regionally based leader development projects such as team leader shepherding and coaching as well as oversaw regional sexual brokenness initiative.

* Responsible for all aspects of LD and HR processes for the 550 full-time staff & interns within four-state geographic region.* Member of the CRU National Leadership Development Team that established vision, strategic direction, and policy for all Leadership Development and Human Resources departments within CRU U.S. Campus Ministry (5000 full-time employees).* Led a team of 25 regional LD and HR specialists who executed regional and national LD and HR mission critical objectives.

* Led teams of employees and interns of 5 to 25 and organizations of 100 to 550 persons (students).* Job responsibilities included strategic planning, direction setting, all aspects of leadership development, mentoring young leaders, large-group instruction, and partnering within and outside the organization.
