Operate Lincoln Electric Cobot Welding System. Help create new programs for Lincoln Cobot welding robot. Add to the production of Ideal Shield C40 impact bollards. Produce 6 inch plated bollards.

Daily tasks included creating shipping labels for UPS and FedEx orders. Inputing shipping cost and various order information. Using Sage100 and CRM programs. Loading/ unloading customers or freight trucks.

As a bilingual laborer I learned every department in the warehouse including sleeves, sign bases, handrail and miscellaneous. I used many machinery and tools like electric tools, drilling machines, saws, and our box machine. During this role I was also trained and certified to use a forklift hi-lo through the OSHA program.

Update outdated part listings, descriptions, pricing, and uploading quality pictures to our website. I also compared pricing with competitor listings and reviewed old listings. Used EBay and other listing websites.

Put together company mailer packets that presented company products. Created mailer lists’ using Excel. Scanned, copied, filed company shipper receipts. Started the “Archive project” for Ideal Group companies that consisted of collecting company pictures, notes, original documents, patents.

During this internship, I fulfilled many of the companies maintenance needs around Ideal facilities. While assisting our maintenance manger with task like weed-whacking, cutting grass, painting, I also started to help the Ideal Shield marketing department with mailers invoices and e-blast lists.

At Ideal Steel, I was assigned order shippers, and company mailers. I also helped with organizing shipping orders at meetings.

While Ideal Groups headquarters were undergoing renovations, I was in charge of Inventory for the companies awards, large frames, plaques, and other decorations around the office. I also organized all awards and office items that belonged to CEO, Frank Venegas.
