Assisting students from primary school to University with a wide range of subjects/issues, incl. mathematics, biology, chemistry, physics, and English, as well as various social concerns, incl. interpersonal relationships, self-esteem, and behavior change/management techniques.

Managing the operations of two homes for people with developmental conditions, incl. staffing, nutritional management, mental/physical welfare, promoting health and safety, and basic environmental maintenance.

Assisting those involved in the Ontario criminal justice system to find and maintain suitable housing. I co-developed the housing program at this JHS location.

Providing adult personal counselling related to various common mental health/life conditions such as anxiety, addiction, loss/grief, trauma, and depression.

Assisting with literature reviews, statistical analyses, research, and writing related to two academic studies/publications.

Providing group and personal counselling services to students at King's University College as part of my MSW practicum. Common conditions addressed included test anxiety, financial stress, relationship difficulties, suicidal ideation, and self-harm.

Providing counselling and referrals to those experiencing mental health crises related to distressing conditions like addiction, depression, anxiety, and psychotic episodes.

Providing addictions counselling to people within the London area as part of my MSW student practicum experience. This included substance use/misuse as well as problematic gambling.

Overseeing the operations of a 160-bed Long-Term Care (LTC) home by developing annual budgets (approx. $10 million,) hiring & terminating staff (approx. 150 people,) writing performance appraisals, assuring quality control, adhering to Ministry regulations, developing policy, & engaging the community. in various initiatives

Co-managing a 160-bed Long-Term Care (LTC) facility by performing resident assessments and treatments, maintaining adequate staffing, directing staff, and initiating hospital transfers (among many other duties related to both business and healthcare.)

Teaching foundational Personal Support Worker material to adult students; scored 91% approval rating on teacher evaluations.

Working as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Medical, Emergency, and Intensive Care Departments within a large/busy city hospital.

Assisting a student pursuing his Master of Science degree in conducting research related to hydrogeological/environmental conditions in Northern Alberta aimed of helping petroleum companies establish greener practices.

Developing/implementing learning materials designed to teach English to Asian children aged 8-18.

Helping homeless men obtain nutritional, medical, and economic assistance/advice, and procure government-subsidized funding/shelter.

Providing assistance to various clients in their homes, including meal preparation, medication administration, ambulation, and home maintenance.

Assisting in the organization of focus groups and performing literature reviews with the goal of developing a program to combat childhood obesity.
