I maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment,( tractors, mowers) and typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: , mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, sprinkler installation, feeding the horses, donkeys and fish. Management of all deliveries in and out of the the property.This also includes any repair-work & painting.

I have the focus and the organizational skills needed to track and set appointments, manage scheduling changes, and coordinate office communications.While performing various administrative and HR related duties, I have a pleasant demeanor and beaming smile to serve as the first point of contact for customers, vendors, and other visitors to the office.Additionally, as a volunteer during my work hours, lately the week-ends only, I played 4 hours of guitar, did a bible study, have the delighted residents walk with me outside, and meet the neighbors.
