About Christopher Schiavone

At 17 years old, I began my career in sales & marketing with the Alliance Security Inside Sales team and grew into a top producer very quickly, and then to sales manager in my first two years. I then spent the next five years on the operations team, expanding a field team from 30 technicians to 300+ nationwide—a major influence in Alliance’s growth to $100+ million in annual revenue. I later started and ran a very successful marketing company of my own, mainly working with many of the top company's in the home security industry. Eventually returning to Alliance Security to lead as VP of Revenue with a fresh perspective from both sides of the business.I have two amazing daughters. They are my biggest accomplishment in life and give purpose to every single thing that I attempt to accomplish. I feel it’s very important that I maintain daily focus on being the best role model for my kids and the best leader for the members of my growing team that i can be. So, assisting with the personal and professional development of my team members is very important to me. I’ve always been hungry to learn, and I’ve had the opportunity to be mentored by some of the industry’s best.I feel it’s very important that I to pass on both personal & professional knowledge i have acquired over the years to those who want to continue to learn, teach, & grow together.I am now looking forward to bringing my experience to all future partnerships & or opportunities that may come my way. My PASSION continues to be helping people realize their potential and connecting people together to drive their businesses forward. Whether that’s connecting lead providers, product suppliers, data sources, etc. I love discussing the future of all sales based verticals. I feel we’re just scratching the surface of what all home service verticals can achieve with the correct cross marketing relationships and strategies.
