Director - Deals
Current- Advise clients through the entire M&A process from acquisition/divestiture planning through buy/sell-side diligence, purchase agreements & closing negotiations, and post-closing integration.- Combine data-driven insights and financial analysis with industry expertise to preserve and create value for clients through M&A.- Provides buy and sell-side transaction advisory support and financial due diligence to corporate and private equity clients.- Experience with transactions in a range of industries, including domestic and cross border deals in Europe, Asia, and South America.- Manages cross functional diligence teams covering financial, tax, HR, IT, cyber, operational, and commercial due diligence.- Assists with the initial preparation and analysis for marketing documents.
