I am very passionate about helping others, and constantly strive to achieve growth in all aspects of my life. I believe that without problems, you will never achieve growth, and without growth you will never achieve the success you define for yourself or your business.In my previous experience as an Account Executive, I was able to effectively identify customer problems and provide creative solutions by understanding specific needs, and focusing on key outcomes. Not only did that lead to the growth of the company, it also gave me a deeper insight into myself.I believe that the most important things that I've learned through my experience so far, would be: 1. Begin with the end in mind! What is the end goal, and how can I best help to achieve that? Yes, I love to win, but helping the team win gives me greater joy and success. 2. Be intentional! No two problems are the same, it takes effective communication to find the best solution. Be intentional with not just what you ask, but how and why you are asking it. 3. Never settle! Constantly having a desire to learn and grow is a must! Doing so allows you to gain new perspectives and understanding so that you can quickly adapt to change. Being the best that you can be allows others to be the best they can be. 4. Your why is your passion! I am passionate about helping others, so I put the client at the center of what I do. Why?
