• Managed the $4 million annual remote planning operational budget including oversight of procurement activities for consultancy services, air charter and laboratory testing contracts and research and development.
• Led the operational support and emergency response planning to water security and water quality incidents
• Maintain effective relationships with external stakeholders including the Department of Territory Families, Housing and Communities (DTFHC) and the Department of Planning, Infrastructure and Logistics (DIPL).
• Managed the structural integration of remote planning staff and functions into respective urban teams

• Project lead for the options assessment of Darwin’s medium term water source including assessment of AROWS, Upper Adelaide River Dam, Manton Dam Augmentation, desalination and evaluation of demand management and water.
• Development of Level of Service policy, operating philosophies and hydro-economic modelling for multi water source systems
• Developed Power and Water’s internal surface water modelling capability using eWater’s Source platform
• Quality and innovation of work recognized through acceptance of paper and presentation at the Hydrology and Water Resources Symposium 2015.
