Worked collaboratively with plant management and CI practitioners to ID opportunities, set priorities, quantify KPIs, drive accountability, and deliver results. Emphasis was placed on driving improvement activities throughout the manufacturing organization, empowering front-line production workers to execute CI as part of their daily activities.

Responsible for deployment of Ocean Spray Continuous Improvement program at a food manufacturing plant. This included training 230 employees, mentoring teams in application of Six Sigma and Lean tools to improve quality, reduce wastes, increase throughput, and decrease costs. Responsible for coaching plant manager and senior managers on identification of CI activities required to deliver KPIs. Responsibilities included guiding Kaizen events, executing lean initiatives, managing 5s activities, implementing a visual workplace, coaching green and black belt DMAIC projects, and conducting high-impact DMAIC projects. Also championed deployment of the CI program through seminars delivered to the CEO and his leadership team.
