As a Senior Account Manager I was responsible for day-to-day management of major accounts, setting account plans for major accounts, Business development of existing and new accounts, undertaking and management of RFP’s, training, and guidance of junior sales staff. This role reported to both the Commercial Director and the wider global account teams for the major multinational customer.

Worked here casually, approx. 20hrs per week whilst completing TAFE/Printing Machinist Apprenticeship. Main role was to manage front end staff and rostering.
