Created and developed a graduate certificate program in developmental disabilities at the University of Rochester, which provides graduate level training to staff at several regional agencies. Created, led the development, and co-authored Fundamental Solutions a proactive behavior management training program that has been used to train staff from eight agencies throughout Western New York. Led staff in the reduction of the use of personal restrictive interventions by 87.5%.
