Responsibilities Included:•Working closely with Director of Asset Management, and third party Sponsors to provide oversight and to implement controls as required by partnership and company agreements governing those partnerships.•Evaluating the performance of each asset against budget and pro forma and documenting variances in monthly and quarterly reports. •Working closely with each operating company and hosting monthly calls to discuss performance and strategy.•Building and managing all forward looking projection models for all assets and re-underwriting on a semi-annual basis.•Performing quarterly valuations for entire portfolio with support from BOVs, recent trades, and appraisals.•Developing and distributing periodic Asset Management reports, as required, to partners, investors and affiliate 3rd parties.•Reviewing proposed budgets by Sponsors and providing a summary report to senior management with recommendations for approval or proposed changes to discuss with Sponsor.•Travelling to each asset on a semi-annual basis to perform in depth market analyses and updating market studies. •Providing pre-acquisition input and assistance including review of financial and operating assumptions, financial analysis, and supporting the effort of originating debt financing. •Assisting the Director of Asset Management and Director of Debt Capital in all financing activities and recommending opportunities for effectively refinancing portfolio assets in order to maximize return on investment.•Maintaining good relationships with brokers and overseeing asset disposition process.
