About Christopher Sepulveda

In 2018, I worked at Highline High School as a Tutor. I got to know the Pirates family, and they got to know me very well as well. My ways of mentoring and educating students were by being firm and kind. Before the school year ended, one of the students who I worked with wrote to me, “You give us the courage and motivation to do our homework” other students wrote to me, that my actions wear, “...noble and inspiring.” This were one of the many of the ways I gained the trust of the student, staff, and faculty at HHS.My Interpersonal skills and traditional personality have caught the eyes of a member of the Texas House of Representatives. Mr. DeWayne Burns from District 58 said to me: “ You are an excellent role model for others” because of my dedication and persistence. I became one of the recipients of a Hispanic Association of Houston Media Professionals Scholarship. Furthermore, I have been interviewed by the Univision Noticias; Channel 45 from Houston, Texas and Cleburne Times-Review from Cleburne, Texas. Driving for success, giving 110% every day, and work for your dreams is what is all about.
