• Drafted unfair labor practice charges under the National Labor Relations Act and represented the Local Union in alternative dispute resolution proceedings;• Assisted in negotiations of collective bargaining agreements and advised the Local Union regarding legal issues involving organizing campaigns and contractor hiring practices; and• Represented Local Union members in workers’ compensation claims.
