Responsible for support of over 37,500 Soldiers; provides guidance to Commanders and Command Sergeants Major and their respective AC Career Counselors on all matters related to the transition and requirements of Soldiers exiting the active Army; interprets and implements Department of the Army level and down retention guidance and policy; prepares and executes enlistment contracts with a priority on maintaining Duty Military Occupational Specialty Qualification. Serves as the Billing Official for all expenditures and purchases for USARPAC Retention. Mentors and trains the team.

Supervised the daily operations of the Strength Maintenance Training Center encompassing 23 Soldiers, 42 contractors, and 4 DA civilians. Trains Officers, Warrant Officers and Non-Commissioned Officers in the skills, knowledge and techniques necessary to achieve and sustain the readiness of the Army National Guard (ARNG); Oversaw MOS training and mobile instruction on ARNG strength maintenance policy and procedures; writes and maintains course material; provided and maintained exportable training packages for distribution to the recruiting force; served as a master trainer for the mobile training teams and instructor staff. Served as the Subject Matter Expert to Human Resource Command, National Guard Bureau, United States Army Recruiting Command on RR matters.

Supported units assigned to Ft. Campbell and primary RCCC for 1st BDE. Provided Reserve Component transition support servicing over 27,000 Soldiers; trained AC counselors on all features and benefits for RC affiliation. RC advisor on all matters relating to the RC Transition Program; interviewed, enlisted, and transferred Soldiers in to the United States Army Reserve and Army National Guard; analyzed and distributed RC statistics to assigned units.

Contact, interview, and access qualified applicants into the IDARNG; Gather applicant data and prepare forms and documents using appropriate databases; Conduct telephone prospecting, school programs, area canvassing, mobile advertising events and other lead generating activities; Execute proper time management work plan; Ensure effective community and unit relations occur; Conduct retention counseling's/retention training for supported units; Maintain contact and assist with training in the recruit sustainment program.
