My primary function is the management of all of the Dealership's digital exposures. From Advertising to employment listings. I oversee all of our digital advertising projects, plan our marketing strategy, and work closely with the owners to drive traffic to all aspects of our business.Due to my background in IT, I also serve as the Director of IT for the Columbus arm of Great Lakes Auto Group. I oversee an IT Manager who handles the day to day issues and I step in when a more complicated issue arises or in the event of a hardware failure.I am very versed in the companies F&I Compliance, Payroll Compliance, and DMS Systems. I serve as a primary contact for our F&I Compliance team working to help maintain our process and procedures.
