About Christopher Seyfried

I have 14 years’ experience in IT and Wireless Telecommunications and Sales, and I am extremely passionate about IT / Wireless Technology/ Telecoms and PBX’s. I am currently working at DSL Telecom as a Customer Success Manager. Before that I was promoted from Field Technician to Project Manager. I have a wide knowledge throughout the industry including installation, sales, customer management, ZOHO, PABX’s, LTE, Fibre, Vox Telecom CRM Solid, Satellite Internet and Liquid Telecom’s SalesForce.I maintain existing clients’ Fibre to the business, also their PABX systems onsite, telephones, Yealink and Snom. I advise them also on new technology and how to improve their systems and operations and also how to save on costs. I plan new projects for hotels and businesses, based on the correct identified solutions. I also source new clients’ FTTB & PABX systems with redundancies in place for fail overs.I am very passionate about building relationships with existing customers and onboarding of new clients, no matter the size of the business. Everyone is equal in my eyes for great customer service and advice.My knowledge on wireless technology is excellent and I could be an asset to your technical and sales team. I have knowledge and experience of home Wi-Fi to VPN, Wi-Fi to setting up Smart TV's and all wireless based technology that is available from Ubiquiti to Mikrotik. My attention to detail is excellent.I am situated in Somerset West and am available to go on the road or work in the office, go on call-outs to clients, or work remotely. I am able to assist clients and maintain a professional image for the company. I believe I would be suited for the working environment with the team. I enjoy working and communicating with people, always pushing for the best deals, whilst making the client happy and thus the company at the end of the day. I am innovative and my ideal is to always learn more.
