The EPIU’s goal is to execute high-risk, yet potentially highly promising neuroscience R&D outside of Biogen's walls via a global network. The position is responsible for identifying, evaluating, securing and leading external deals that either augment the internal portfolio or enable access to differentiated technologies that enhance internal innovation. The position represents Biogen in global interactions with industry, academia, non-profits and/or other for-profits that foster highly productive partnership by actively contributing to scientific collaboration.
