The Hotel Business has been very good to me for a great many years. I am priviliged to have worked on 3 continents and be able to give back in coaching and direction, so much of what I know about running successful hotels at every market level.I do what I do with high integrity, energy, enthusiasm and passion all based on sound foundations of leadership and in depth knowledge.Basic skills are in leadership, coaching, branding, franchising, sales & marketing and all level of hotel operations from Accounting, F&B and HR.Simple goal is to go on doing what I love and do very well in this hospitality industry for as long as I am able to; and in return get paid a good living.At the same time one always wonders what other industries out there would benefit from my skill set and hard work?Specialties: Well after a business career in hotel operations for franchisee, franchisor, management company and my own firm I believe I am rather well rounded. I have learnt the most from my time and exposure with both Marriott and Holiday Inn, and most star levels of hotel product. I am results driven and believe in the following KPI for all managers at all levels: GOP/RevPAR growth; employee retention; guestservice; developing and maintaining the product.
