Client facing Data Technician/Analyst hybrid role -- working directly with sales, account management, and a variety of departments within the client organization to achieve seamless automation and meet system specifications for import and export of client data from application through load, ensuring all metrics necessary for meaningful analysis are present and all data transfers are conducted in a secure and efficient manner. - Data retrieval and manipulation using Microsoft SQL Server and MongoDB- Data analysis and integration through Microsoft Enterprise Manager - Experience in working with a variety of CRMs and ERPs- Periodic travel to client site to assist with data import/export and other related data functions- Technical Languages Used: SQL, JavaScript, JSON, Visual Basic

-Build and maintain a book of business focused on FTL shipments-Cold call and penetrate prospective client accounts-Organize, negotiate, and execute a variety of International (US/CAN/MEX) and Domestic FTL and LTL shipments-Build and maintain a primary carrier network-Negotiate pay terms, invoice, track , and collect AR for each account- Provide 24/7 service and communication for customers and carriers, ensuring loads are executed with absolute precision-Maintain a working knowledge of a constantly changing market-Mentor and manage a trainee every 16 weeks, working on my account directly
