Hello. I'm mostly being an author these days, but if you have a tricky writing problem you need solving, or if you need to help people write more effectively, do get in touch. Here's a rough idea of my professional life in five points:1. My three self-published novels have sold over 50,000 copies, hit #3 in Amazon’s UK overall bestsellers chart, and been shortlisted for the Bath Novel Award. I'm making a full-time living from them.2. I've also written a book called ‘Writing for Business’, published by Penguin.3. I’ve written speeches delivered at the UN General Assembly by Helen Clark, former prime minister of New Zealand, and I’ve created and edited scripts for BBC Ideas on subjects ranging from Florence Nightingale to phobias.4. I've run writing workshops (for RBS, the Bank of England, National Grid, and others), and developed writing-training techniques that I’ve licensed to an international training company.5. I’ve also done all the usual stuff: creating tone of voice guidelines, ghostwriting articles, editing reports so they're fit for humans to read, creating winning proposals. You know, all that.
