I also established a weekly message to inspire team members with tips and words of encouragement. ★ BUDGET & OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT: I established and implemented the first budget in SECO history. I secured increased performance and resource allocation efficiency by restructuring 85% of SECO’s administrative staff.
