In the first 4 weeks as a team member, I was able to work myself up and learn the ropes of my first job. I am now in my 5th month at Little Caesars. I am a Crew leader, So not only do I lead my team through stressful nights but I also work hard to provide my customers with high satisfactory food and comfortable service. I am a quick learner, a hard worker, and a genuine person. I have put in 100+ hours of community service throughout my four years of highschool To better the environment around me. I am currently a member of the MGHS Environmental Club where we constantly try to make the world a better place one small step at a time. When we can't get out to do the hands-on activities we're constantly researching ways we can get others to change their lives in small ways to make our community better.
