Current• Manage/design weekly student lesson plans—young adults; provide tutoring/music therapy/vocal coaching services• Facilitate communication via Zoom/phone/email with staff/students/families; create invoices for NJ State:o Address Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs), outlining time dedication to student in accordance with state plan • Accommodate diverse emotional/social/educational needs, demonstrating empathy for students/clients with special needs: o Facilitate individual efforts to navigate internet for Zoom meetings and communications • Support student language development, improving conversational Spanish based on practical usage without textbooks o Teach basic vocabulary, distributing custom lists: standard words/phrasing/verbiage/days of week/months/numbers, etc.- Facilitate individual growth through repetition (3 times), reinforcing word association/meaning o Accompany lesson with video presentations to teach usage in varying scenarios—visualizing/listening to new words o Organize interactive/engaging lessons, focusing on visual/auditory/kinesthetic learning to assess most effective method o Coordinate virtual field trip to Spain—culture/language immersion, incorporating music • Provide services for student with Autism, supporting improvement in socialization and gaining practical life skills o Share guidance on personal budget organization, appropriate social manners, time/money management skillso Support in creating lists for essential items needed at home; accompany client in traveling to store—discussing prices- Demonstrate how to compare deals, encouraging client to identify best option; teach to create/manage budget- Guide on benefits of saving money from purchasing water/tea/coffee vs. preparing at homeo Instruct on importance of managing home activity—turning off lights; establish placement for everyday items o Practice proper social etiquette—e.g., communicating with neighbors/doorman, holding doors open, etc.
