I am a Senior Systems Administrator for the ONESOURCE Tax Provision product within the Tax and Accounting division of Thomson Reuters.-Worked as part of a team to configure, secure, and administer multiple Citrix XenApp 4.5 farms with an Oracle database backend in a Windows Server 2003 environment.-Engineered multiple physical and virtual Citrix environments involving configuring a Active Directory domain, DNS, Citrix Web Interface, Citrix Secure Gateway, and Citrix XenApp farm. -Configured IIS 7 web servers to host web and ASP.NET applications.-Interfaced with our hosting provider to coordinate server rollouts, system upgrades, and system and networking troubleshooting. -Coordinated software rollouts between Development, QA, and Infrastructure teams.-Integrated Development, QA, SAT, and production environments with the ONESOURCE platform to provide a seamless single sign-on authentication experience to our Citrix environment. -Collaborated with Development, QA, and Support teams to troubleshoot client issues relating to Citrix, Oracle, IIS, Apache/Tomcat, and our software. -Managed a team of four international Infrastructure team members who were responsible for deploying and supporting a SAT environment in the Thomson Reuters Hyderabad, India location.-Scripted reporting and monitoring utilities using PERL, Batch, SQL and VBScript.-Conducted yearly SAS-70 audits on business processes and procedures and performed security evaluations and assessments on systems and software. -Implemented a migration plan to transfer our existing production client databases from an Oracle 10g to an Oracle 11g system. -Designed and implemented an imaging process to bring our production servers online within a VMWare infrastructure.-Installed and configured a Nagios monitoring solution to alert of any interruptions to our production environment. -Created a knowledge share used to manage server builds, configurations, and scripts.
