For over 15 years I have thrived off my ability to facilitate results in a plethora of industries. Although vastly different, I have found a common call to action across the industries of aviation, software development, and music production. In each experience I have led large and small teams towards set goals that were met, and often times exceeded.As an Alaska Airlines Customer Service Agent I utilized my previous customer service experience to deliver exception service in the high traffic station of JFK. My years of experience helped me stay cool under pressure, leading me to be a coach to many of the new agents and developing training programs that led JFK to becoming station of the year upon the return of 80% of our staff, post-covid.To continue my develop as an record producer and audio engineer, I developed my own home studio and took on freelance work for local and independent artists who were trying to record their first projects, but didn't have the funds for larger studios. I eventually took the lead role as producer, song-writer, recording engineer, musician, and mixing engineer for my own band EvrDream, releasing our first full-length album "Auras" across all streaming platforms and music services. Many of the qualities that were developed over my time at Alaska paved the way for my project coordination and leadership skills, helping me to set realistic timelines and collaborative approaches to my creative team.
